Having grown up on a farm in Michigan, Ken learned that ethics and hard work are the highest priorities in life. He has over 25 years experience in the contstruction industry, 15 years real estate experience (12 as a Broker) and 2 years as a mortgage lender. Previous to real estate, he owned a construction company. His credentials include RMM (Residential Marketing Master) and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) designations. Previously served on REALTOR ethnics and professional standards committees.

Specializes in existing residential and new construction in the Madison and Janesville, WI areas representing either buyer or seller. Ken takes pride in helping the relocating buyer and has received 100% positive comments on customer surveys.
Special Interests/Hobbies
Anything that takes him outside (biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing and gardening) makes him happy. His second love is woodworking - turning raw wood into a jewelry box, furniture or a musical instrument.
